As I wrote earlier, we planted some dill seeds two weeks ago. We were worried that squirells would dig up all the soil in the pot like they did last time we tried planting. But seeds gave us many many sprouts this time around! Our children were beyond excited to see that!

March 24, 2014. Few things drive me more nuts than the slow (very slow) hard drive with lack of space. And I had to deal with one today in order to process pictures for my class. Pretty frustrated and tired I went out of our place to pick up my children today.

A Day of Writing

March 23, 2014.
I attended a writing workshop today at ReBlossom Mama&Baby Shop with wonderful Lisa Lewis. I wasn't quite ready for this emotion-evoking and even tissue-grabbing experience. I wasn't ready to unearth my emotions. And I wasn't ready to do it so easily. It took me ten minutes of concentrated writing to scribble a letter of gratitude for my grandma who passed away about an year ago. I couldn't find strength to do it at home, because I didn't know how to start. Strangely enough I didn't feel uplifted and inspired right away after workshop. I discovered that writing can give me so much more that I knew but it needs practice.
